Sea Way, Middleton on Sea

This project involved a two-storey extension to a beachfront house at Middleton on Sea. The ground floor of the extension accommodates a new garage and dedicated boat store, reflecting the property’s coastal location. A staircase leads to the first floor, where a study with a private balcony offers expansive sea views to the south. The design integrates seamlessly with the existing home, enhancing both its practical use and connection to the stunning surroundings.
