New House, East Preston, West Sussex

The original bungalow on the site was replaced with a new, bespoke house for the client. Although the initial design and planning were carried out by another architect, we were asked to take over after the planning approval and led the project through all stages to completion. During construction, a detached pool house was added to the project, which we designed and supervised. The new house blends contemporary design with the coastal surroundings, providing a unique living space for the client.
