Iping, West Sussex

Alterations and refurbishment of a Georgian style house in lping, within the South Downs National Park. This property was constructed in the 1970’s in a Georgian style on a prominent site close to the historic stone bridge, water mill and river rother at lping. The alterations included the removal of an internal wall to create a kitchen and breakfast room with new doors opening out to the garden and river beyond. The entance hall and main door was enlarged with the repostioning of the cloakroom. The building fabric was repaired and updated as part of the project.
