Midhurst, House Extension

A single-storey extension enhancing a 1970s split-level home in Midhurst, designed to reflect the original architecture while improving functionality and aesthetics.

This project involved the addition of a single-storey extension to a 1970s split-level house in Midhurst, West Sussex. Replacing an outdated uPVC conservatory and entrance porch, the new extension complements the home’s distinctive asymmetrical rooflines and mid-century character. The garden room extension features a vaulted roof, roof lights, timber folding doors, and a freestanding wood-burning stove, creating a bright and inviting space. The project also introduced a new main entrance lobby and reimagined the landscaped approach, significantly enhancing the overall curb appeal and functionality of the property.
