This project involved extensive remodeling and extension work on a 1930s house in Marine Drive, West Wittering. The scheme resulted in five bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, while the ground floor was redesigned to feature an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens to the rear garden. A new entrance hall and staircase layout were introduced, enhancing the flow and functionality of the home. The front living room was updated with a wood-burning stove, and flat-roof dormers were replaced with pitched roofs to improve aesthetics and energy efficiency. The project also included a full rewire, new heating system, and the installation of modern bathrooms and kitchen.
