Cedars, Pine Grove

The Cedars project involved a two-phase renovation of a 1930s property in Pine Grove. Phase 1 included a rear two-storey extension, internal remodeling, and a loft conversion to expand the home’s living space and modernize the layout. In Phase 2, a detached double garage was constructed in the front drive, while the existing garage was converted to integrate with the main living accommodation. The result is a carefully expanded and reimagined home that retains its original character while offering greater functionality and space for modern family living.
