This Georgian-style house, built in the 1970s on a prominent site near the historic stone bridge, water mill, and River Rother in Iping, underwent extensive alterations and refurbishment. The project included the removal of an internal wall to create a spacious kitchen and breakfast room, with new doors opening out to the garden and river beyond. The entrance hall was enlarged, and the cloakroom repositioned to improve flow and functionality. As part of the renovation, the building fabric was repaired and updated, ensuring the home meets modern standards while preserving its period character.
