Bracklesham Beach house One Off House
The client purchased the plot with the existing delapidated chalet bungalow in the summer of 05. Sketch Design and Planning Permission were achieved by September 05. The existing building containing asbestos was demolished in November 05 under an enabling works contract.
Work began on the new house in January 06, and the project is due for completion
October 06.
Contract Value circa £300,000.
The design features cantilevered balcony, self cleaning glass, composite weatherboarding, purpose made joinery and a natural slate roof.
