New Build Apartments
A development of four New Build apartments on a Brownfield Site close to the centre of Chichester. This phase was completed in 2004, subsequently permission for a further eight apartments has been granted and the detailed design for this is currently underway in the practice.
The practice has experience with a number of other similar types of speculative development in the local area, and has achieved a degree of success in achieving planning permission.
