Victorian Lodge House Garden Room Extension

A domestic extension within the Conservation Sector to a Victorian Gothic Lodge House.
Using the language and detailing of the existing Lodge House a new oak framed garden room was designed. Particular attention to matching the existing bricks, using both reclaimed and new imperial bricks. Reclaimed roof tiles and octagonal buff paviours were sourced to match the existing house. Specialist sub contractors were employed for the brickwork, oak frame and oak joinery. Above the garden room the bedroom has been enlarged with an en-suite bathroom at the rear.
